As a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner and Instructor Development Center, VITAL SIGNS endeavors to support the Instructor throughout their training, as well as after their training is complete.

VITAL SIGNS pays Instructors a day rate as independent contractors for the First Aid course  which was organized by VITAL SIGNS.

               If an Instructor brings in new business....

 

If an Instructor generates new  business and connects VITAL SIGNS to new clients, then the Instructor will invoice us  for each participant who completes the course, earning much more (often hundreds of dollars)  than the regular day rate.

This arrangement is unique in the industry and it is the goal of VITAL SIGNS to reward the initiative of the Instructors who find new participants and increase the number of Canadians trained in First Aid and CPR.
